I hold total 9 years of experience in software testing, I am Leading an agile team of 9 experienced testers, I am contributing to my organization in areas of Automation by leveraging the power of Selenium with Java and eliminating redundant manual activities by means of shell/Python scripting on Linux machines, contributing to realizing CI-CD using technologies such as Docker, Git and Argo-CD on the AWS Cloud, I developed passion to hunt for software bugs during the start of my career as a manual functional tester ever since I have been an witness of smooth application functioning with credit to the bugs being highlighted on time and thus resolved. Learning is a continuous journey and I love to continue walking the path.

A tester’s duty is to assert the functional and non-functional aspects of the System/Application Under Test, Applications are being moved to the AWS cloud swiftly, these present challenges to the tester as such a movement translates in to change in the application architecture (such as change in underlying DB , Accessibility, Usability etc), in such situation developing testing approaches coherent with the current application stack and reporting timely issues becomes the need of the hour.
My Session focuses on how testers can benefit from the availability of technologies such as Containerization, Git and by means of remote execution assert the application behaviour, I will be providing an example of a Performance test which was integrated into our automation suite itself, thus reducing dependency on JMeter w.r.t execution and covering the Non-Functional testing aspects as well.
Additionally, will also provide an overview on how APIs can be used to provide customized reporting and maintaining the tests swifter and light-weight, while using AI as an assistant to break down complexity and save time required for test development.
