Dr Andrew Brown is an Independent Test Consultant. He is a leading authority on why we humans make mistakes that lead to software defects and other development problems. He is also an acknowledged expert on systems thinking and systems dynamics in software development. He has published the go-to book on technical debt – Taming Your Dragon: Addressing Your Technical Debt. He has 25 years’ experience in the software industry. Previous roles include Consultant, Trainer, Head of QA at HMV, and a test manager in Japan. He holds a degree in Physics & Maths, an MBA from Warwick Business School and a PhD from Imperial College.
