Charmaine is a senior test manager with 25+ years of experience in delivering quality assurance services across significant regulatory change programmes in Financial Services, Retail, Hospitality and Public Sector. In addition she has 5+ years of expertise in blockchain technology. In her most recent role as head of quality assurance for Fnality International, Charmaine led a team to successfully implement the first central bank regulated blockchain payment solution in the UK. Charmaine recently launched BC Consultancy Services, which provides organisations advise on tokenising assets to move digital currencies, stocks and real estate onto the blockchain. She also writes a technology blog and is a regular speaker on podcasts and conferences.
