Samir Goswami

Samir Goswami is the Chief Technology Officer for TMI Group of companies in Hyderabad. Prior to TMI Group, he worked as Director (MIS) for DDU-GKY, one of the flagship skilling programs of Govt. of India under the Ministry of Rural Development. He was also appointed advisor for Centre for Information and Communication Technology at National Institute for Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, Hyderabad. Mr. Goswami is a B. Tech (Computer Science & Engineering) from NIT Durgapur and a Masters in Computer Science from Rivier University, New Hampshire, USA. He has served as an Adjunct Faculty for Ni–MSME, National Institute for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and Dept of Computer Sc. & Engg BVRIT Hyderabad. He has also been an active member of Board of Studies, Dept of Artificial Intelligence, Anurag University, Hyderabad. Samir has profound experience as a software professional having overall 29 years in design & development of Engineering Applications, Financial Applications and Healthcare Applications. He has worked with Ramco Systems, STI, Satyam, Hexagon (Intergraph) for India, USA, Germany and Taiwan offices. He has rich experience in implementing and confirming CMM level processes and ISO standards for software development. Mr. Goswami is passionate about agile way of doing software development and has pioneered implementation of agile development practices (SCRUM Methodology). His present work involves leading technology innovations, HR and learning science solution deliveries and internal process automation.
