With an overall experience of more than 25 years in IT and manufacturing industry, Rohan is an expert on Product management; Customer experience; Quality management; and Process management topics with advanced knowledge on using data analytics to drive improvements in Business processes. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt having led several projects that resulted in multi-million-dollar savings to the organization.
With Tietoevry for 15 years and lately within Operational Excellence unit of Tietoevry Care, he leads several business functions of – Cybersecurity, Productivity, and Customer experience.
Being Team Lead for Group Customer Insight, he led the concept, design, and implementation of new customer feedback management system within Tietoevry. The company was recognized by Customer eXperience Professional Association (CXPA) with Golden medal in Global competition.
An expert in management frameworks ranging from – Quality, Process, Cybersecurity and Customer Experience domains, he has successfully led business units in Tietoevry to highest levels of certifications as CMMI level 5, ISO, that required implementation of statistical principles in showing Business Improvements.
In prior companies, he consulted large international companies within Europe, Asia, and Australia on their business improvement initiatives and enabled these companies achieve desired business results.
