Rajeshwar is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of diverse experience in the IT industry, currently serving as the Lead Software Architect at TietoEvry, Pune. With a career spanning across key sectors such as License Management, Insurance, and Healthcare, Rajeshwar has worn many hats—ranging from team leadership to management roles, and now as a lead architect.
In his current position, Rajeshwar leads the Performance Engineering, DevSecOps and Application Security teams, ensuring the development of secure, efficient, and reliable software products. His strategic approach to building high-performing, resilient applications has been instrumental in driving the success of his team and the organization.
An alumnus of the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIM-A), Rajeshwar is also a published author, having written a self-help book that reflects his passion for personal growth and his quest to inspire a better world.
