Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your interest in #ATAGTR2025. Please read the following refund and cancellation policy carefully before purchasing your tickets.

Ticket Cancellations:

Cancellation Deadlines:

  • 30 Days in Advance: Tickets cancelled 30 days prior to the conference dates will be eligible for an 80% refund of the ticket price.
  • Less than 30 Days in Advance: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days before the conference.

How to Cancel: 
To cancel your ticket, please contact us at ATASupport@AgileTestingAlliance.org with your full name, ticket number, and reason for cancellation.

Ticket Transfers: 
Transfer Deadline:

  • Tickets can be transferred to another person up to 7 days before the conference dates.

How to Transfer: 
To transfer your ticket to another person, please email us at ATASupport@AgileTestingAlliance.org with the following details:

  • Your full name and ticket number
  • Full name, email address, and contact number of the person receiving the ticket

Note:

  • All refunds will be processed within 30 days after the cancellation request is approved.
  • A transferred ticket grants the same access and privileges as the original ticket.
  • #ATAGTR2025 reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
